Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 12 days before check-in receive a full deposit refund.

• Cancellations within 12 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Date Changes

• Requests to change booking dates must be made in advance.

• If the new dates have higher rates, the guest must pay the difference. No refund applies if the new rate is lower.

• Seasonal rates may apply.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: From 12:30 PM.

• Check-out time: By 10:00 AM.

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests must maintain respectful behavior throughout their stay.

• Disturbance to other guests or damage to property will result in service refusal or eviction.

5. Use of Hotel Facilities
