Cancellation Policy
Room/Accommodation Bookings
Cancellations Before 12 Days: If you cancel your room reservation at least 12 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations Within 12 Days: Cancellations made within 12 days of arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
No-Shows: If you fail to check in and do not inform us, the full booking amount will be charged.
Desert Safari, Taxi, and Other Services
Cancellations Before 7 Days: For desert safari or taxi bookings cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations Within 7 Days: Cancellations within 7 days of the service date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Same-Day Cancellations/No-Shows: No refund is provided for cancellations made on the same day or for no-shows.
Date Change Policy
Date Change Requests: We welcome date change requests depending on availability. Please inform us as early as possible.
Rate Adjustments: If your new booking date falls under a higher seasonal rate, you must pay the rate difference. If it is lower, no refund applies.
Seasonal Rate Changes: Tariffs vary by season. The rate applicable at the time of the new booking date will apply.
